Baby corn bajji


Babycorn bajji is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Babycorn, red chilli powder, maida, rice flour is the main ingredients of this dish.

INGREDIENTS :


Babycorn
100 gram gram flour
100 gram rice flour
2-5 tsp of madia
4-5 pieces of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of red chill powder
Pinch of soda salt
1 teaspoon of omam(optional)
Water
Oil

Babycorn boiling process:

  • Take a pan

  • Pour the water and boil it

  • Water boil well

  • Add pinch of salt

  • Add baby corn to boil in 5 minutes

  • After 5 minutes

  • Babycorn boiled well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Drain the baby corn and keep aside

PASTE PROCESS :

  • Take a bowl

  • Add gram flour and rice flour

  • Add red chilli powder and maida

  • Add omam (optional)

  • Add salt, soda salt and garlic (crushed)

  • Add water

  • Make a thick paste

  • Paste get ready

Frying process:


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Dip the boiled baby corn in the paste

  • Dip well

  • Drop the babycorn in oil and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Flip the babycorn and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Transfer the plate

  • Serve it
