Babycorn Manchurian

Babycorn Manchurian is the yummy and spicy dish. Babycorn, red chilli

sauce, soya sauce, corn flour is the main ingredients of this dish .



INGREDIENTS

200 gram babycorn
3 tsp of corn flour
1 tsp of maida
2 +50 gram of oil
1/4 tsp of pepper powder
Reqired amount of salt
Big onion
Capsicum
2 tsp of red chilli sauce
1 tsp of soya sauce
Required amount of amount
Corriondar leaves
  • Cut the babycorn 1/2 part

  • Then cut small sizes (your convenient)

  • Pour the water

  • Wash the babycorn

  • Take a bowl and add washed babycorn

  • Add 2 tsp of corn flour

  • Add pinch of salt

  • Add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add 1 tsp of maida

  • Pour the 1 tsp of water (optional)

  • Make a thick bite

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add one by one babycorn and until wait for golden brownish color

  • In this stay we will remove the babycorn

  • Then transfer the plate

  • Can you using the same formate you will take out all babycorn to fry.

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add onion and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add pinch of the salt

  • Saute in golden brownish color

  • Add capsicum, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Now veggies are saute well

  • Then add 1 tsp of soya sauce

  • Add red chilli sauce (low flame)

  • Pour the 1/4 cup of water

  • Add 1 tsp of sugar

  • Add 1 tsp of salt.

  • Boil it in few minutes. (low flame)

  • Take a small bowl and add 1 tsp of corn flour & half cup of water.

  • Mix equally without lump

  • Make this consistent

  • Add flour mix

  • Make a thick paste (low flame)

  • Add fry babycorn with mix well

  • Add Corriondar leaves and switch off the flame.

  • Serve it
