Babycorn masala noodles
Babycorn masala noodles is the spicy dish. Babycorn gives additional taste & flavor in this dish. Babycorn, noodles, vegetables, red chilli powder, gram masala is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
Babycorn
Noodles
Onion(sliced)
Capsicum, carrot, cabbage (sliced)
2 tsp of maida
1 tsp of rice flour
1 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tsp of gram masala
2 /4 tsp of salt
Oil
Water
PROCESS 1:Babycorn fry
Cut the babycorn 1/2 part
Wash the babycorn
Wash well
Transfer the bowl
Add 2 tsp of maida
Add 1 tsp of pepper powder
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Add 5-6 tsp of water
In all ingredients mix equally
Make a courted layer in babycorn
Layer get ready to fry
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add baby corn to fry in medium flame
Until wait for golden brownish color
Flip the babycorn and until wait for golden brownish color
Babycorn fry well and transfer the plate
Keep aside
PROCESS 2:Noodles boiling:
Take a vessel
Pour the cup of water
Add noodles to boil in 5 minutes
Noodles boil well
Now switch off the flame
Drain the noodles
Wash the cold water
Noodles get ready
Keep aside
PROCESS 3:Babycorn masala noodles making:
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add sliced onion
Saute in few minutes
Onion saute well
Then add vegetables to saute in 2-3 minutes
Vegetables saute well
Add ginger garlic paste
Add babycorn to saute in 2-3 minutes
Add boiled noodles
Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tsp of gram masala, 1/4 tsp of salt
In all ingredients mix equally
In all ingredients mixed well
Add oil
Simmer the babycorn masala for 5-10 minutes
Masala noodles get ready
