Bread chilli


Bread chilli is a Chinese dish and takes 30-40 mins to prepare.

Ingredients

10 slices of bread
1 big onion
1 tomato
1/4 tsp of soya sauce
1/4 cup of tomato puree
Salt
4tsp of butter or ghee
2-3 red chillies

  • Take a pan and add butter or ghee

  • Cut breads in square size and drop into the pan

  • Fry well until bread reaches golden brown color

  • Keep aside

  • Take a pan

  • Add chopped garlic and add ginger garlic paste

  • Add red chillies and saute well

  • Add chopped onion

  • Add chopped tomato
