Brinjal vatha kuzhambu கத்தரிக்காய் வத்த குழம்பு

Brinjal vatha kuzhambu is the spicy dish. Brinjal vatha, kuzhambu powder, garlic, gingelly oil, tamarind juice is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :

100 gram tamarind (soak)
Brinjal vatha(1 cup)
4 tsp of kuzhambu powder
1 cup of garlic
2 +1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of fenugreek
5 tsp of gingelly oil

Take a pan add gingelly oil and heat it

Add Brinjal vatha saute in 5 minutes

Brinjal vatha saute well

Transfer the plate and keep aside

Take a bowl add water and soak the tamarind in 20 minutes

knead the tamarind with pour the amount of water


Tamarind juice get ready

Add salt

Take a pan add oil and heat it

Add fenugreek and until wait for golden brownish color

Add garlic and until wait for golden brownish color

Add tamarind juice

Add kuzhumbu powder

Kuzhambu boil well

Close the vessel to boil in 10 minutes

Add sauted vatha

Again close the vessel to boil in 10 minutes

Vatha cook well

Now switch off the flame and add gingelly oil

Kuzhambu get ready

Serve it
