Broccoli lollipop
Broccoli lollipop is the healthy dish. Brocoli, red chilli powder, rice flour, maida is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
200 gram of Broccoli
3 tsp of maida
3 tsp of rice flour
1 tsp of red chilli powder
2/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of Lemon juice
Oil
Water
Broccoli boiling process:
Cut the Broccoli and wash well
Take a vessel and pour the 2 cup of water to boil it
Add Broccoli
Add pinch of salt to boil in 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Broccoli cook well
Drain the Broccoli and keep aside
Paste making:
Take a bowl add rice flour and maida
Add red chilli powder, salt & ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tsp of lemon juice
In all ingredients mix equally
Add 1/4 cup of water
Make a thick paste
Paste get ready
Add boiled Broccoli
Mix equally
Keep it fridge in 30 minutes
After 30 minutes
Take the Broccoli in fridge
Again mix equally
Frying process:
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add Broccoli in heated oil
Add one by one Broccoli in oil
To boil and Until wait for golden brownish color
Flip the Broccoli and until wait for golden brownish color
Transfer the plate
Serve it
