Capsicum fried rice

Capsicum fried rice is a easy to cook in 30 minutes. Capsicum, boiled rice is the main ingredients of this dish.


INGREDIENTS

2 cup of boiled rice
2 capsicum (sliced)
2 tsp of oil
3 /4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper powder
1 big onion (sliced)
2 green chilli (sliced)
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of ketch up
1+1/4 tsp of soya sauce


Take a vessel add oil and heat it

Add sliced onion and saute in 2-3 minutes

Add green chilli & ginger garlic paste and saute in few minutes

Add capsicum and saute in 5 minutes

Add salt mix well

Add soya sauce

Add ketchup

In all ingredients mix equally

Add boiled rice and mix well(medium flame)

Add pepper powder mix equally (medium flame)

Fried rice ready

Serve it
