Chapati noodles

சப்பாத்தி நூடுல்ஸ்

Chapthi noodles is the simple dish and in 15 - 20 minutes. Chapati, gram masala,red chill powder, ginger, garlic is the main ingredients of this dish.



INGREDIENTS

3 Chapthi
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp oil
1 big onion(sliced)
1 green chilly
Small piece of ginger
3-4 garlic pieces
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/4tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red hilly powder
3/4tsp coriander powder
1 tomato(chopped)
1 carrot
1/4 cabbage
Coriander leaves

  • Roll Chappati first

  • Cut Chappati into 1/4 inches

  • Cut well

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.

  • Add chopped garlic

  • Add chopped ginger

  • Add sliced onions and green chilly and saute well

  • Add carrot and cabbage and saute well

  • Add chopped tomatoes

  • Add required amount of salt

  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

  • Saute for 3-5 mins.

  • Add sliced chappati

  • Mix well and saute for 10mins

  • Add coriander leaves

  • Add chopped onions (optional)

  • Serve it
