Chapati noodles

சப்பாத்தி நூடுல்ஸ்
Chapthi noodles is the simple dish and in 15 - 20 minutes. Chapati, gram masala,red chill powder, ginger, garlic is the main ingredients of this dish.
INGREDIENTS
3 Chapthi
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp oil
1 big onion(sliced)
1 green chilly
Small piece of ginger
3-4 garlic pieces
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/4tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red hilly powder
3/4tsp coriander powder
1 tomato(chopped)
1 carrot
1/4 cabbage
Coriander leaves
Roll Chappati first
Cut Chappati into 1/4 inches
Cut well
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add chopped garlic
Add chopped ginger
Add sliced onions and green chilly and saute well
Add carrot and cabbage and saute well
Add chopped tomatoes
Add required amount of salt
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Saute for 3-5 mins.
Add sliced chappati
Mix well and saute for 10mins
Add coriander leaves
Add chopped onions (optional)
Serve it
Very much innovative and should make even chapati haters too to have it :P. Will try it out :)
