Cheese dhosa is a simple recipe and cook in 10 minutes. Dhosa maavu, chesse slice, pepper powder is the main ingredients of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Dhosa maavu
Oil
Ghee
Cheese slice
Pepper powder
Take a dhosa tawa spread oil and heat it
Spread the dhosa maavu in tawa(low flame)
Add 1 tsp of ghee and spread well. (low flame)
Add slice cheese(low flame)
Add oil and spread it (low flame)
Cheese are melting at this stage spread the cheese( low flame)
Add pepper powder spread it.
Spread well and boiling in few minutes.
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
