Chicken 65 fry

chicken 65 is the most spicy and yummy taste in tongue fern. Boneless less chicken, ginger garlic paste, red chill powder ,curd is the main ingredients of the dish.


INGREDIENTS

500 gram bone less chicken
3 tsp turmeric powder
4 tsp red chill powder
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
200 ml oil

FOR GRAINSHING

Spring onion


Are you ready for preparation while follows the images.


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder with clean chicken 65

  • Add 4 tsp red chill powder.

  • Add 2 tsp turmeric powder.

  • Add 2 tsp curd.

  • Add 3 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Add 2 tsp salt.

  • In all ingredients mix well.

  • Marinate the chicken for atleast half or one hour by refrigerator.

  • After one hour marinated chicken again mix well.

  • Take a pan, add oil and heat it.

  • Drop the marinated chicken one by one into a pan.

  • cook the chicken pieces for 10 minutes with low flame.

  • when the chicken roasted well ,switch off the gas stove.

  • Take the chicken pieces out after serve it.

  • Then serve it.
