Chicken 65 / Restaurant style


Chicken 65 is the more spicy and maked in restaurants style.. Boneless, red chilli powder, butter milk, ginger garlic paste, lemon, corn flour, rice flour is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :

200 gram boneless
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of gram masala
1 /2 tsp of Corriondar powder
1 /2 tsp of pepper powder
2 tsp of lemon
1 tsp of butter milk
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of corn flour
2 tsp of rice flour
Oil
Pinch of Colour powder (optional)
  • Clean and wash the chicken

  • Add salt

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Add lemon juice

  • Add butter milk

  • Add red chilli powder

  • Add gram masala

  • Add Corriondar powder

  • Add pepper powder

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add pinch of color powder and mix equally

  • Almost chicken 65 get ready

  • Keep it fridge for 1 hour or 2 hours

  • After 2 hours to take the chicken 65

  • Add corn flour

  • Add rice flour

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Chicken 65 get ready to fry

  • Take a tawa add oil and heat it(normal flame)

  • Add chicken to fry in medium flame

  • Chicken take a time to boil in 5-8 minutes

  • Flip the chicken

  • And boil in 5 minutes

  • Chicken cook well

  • Transfer the plate

  • Chicken 65 get ready

  • Serve it
