Chickpea sundal

கொண்டைக்கடலைச் சுண்டல்

Kondakadalai sundal is a simple dish and cook in 20 minutes. Kondakadalai, chopped onion, curry leaves, mutard seed, coconut mincing is the main ingredients of this dish.


INGREDIENTS

100 gram kondakadalai
1/4 big onion (chopped)
1+1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1 Cup of Coconut (mincing)
Curry leaves
  • Soak the kondakadalai overnight in enough water

  • Soak well.

  • Take a vessel or pan add water and heat it.

  • Add kondakadalai

  • Boil it

  • Close the vessel and boil in 10 minutes

  • Kondakadalai boiling at this stage add 1+1/4 salt

  • Kondakadalai Cook Well

  • Drain the kondakadalai and transfer the bowl

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive

  • Add chopped onions

  • Add curry leaves

  • Add boil kondakadalai mix well

  • Add coconut mincing mix well

  • Serve it
