Kondakadalai sundal is a simple dish and cook in 20 minutes. Kondakadalai, chopped onion, curry leaves, mutard seed, coconut mincing is the main ingredients of this dish.
INGREDIENTS
100 gram kondakadalai
1/4 big onion (chopped)
1+1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1 Cup of Coconut (mincing)
Curry leaves
Soak the kondakadalai overnight in enough water
Soak well.
Take a vessel or pan add water and heat it.
Add kondakadalai
Boil it
Close the vessel and boil in 10 minutes
Kondakadalai boiling at this stage add 1+1/4 salt
Kondakadalai Cook Well
Drain the kondakadalai and transfer the bowl
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive
Add chopped onions
Add curry leaves
Add boil kondakadalai mix well
Add coconut mincing mix well
Serve it
