chilli paneer / Restaurant style


chilli paneer is the spicy dish and make in 40 minutes. paneer, corn flour , maida, red chilli powder ,red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketch up is the main ingredients of this dish.


INGREDIENTS


200 Gram paneer
4 tsp of corn flour
3 tsp of maida
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1+1/4 tsp of pepper powder juice
1 tsp of lemon
1 tsp salt
2 pieces of garlic (chopped)
1/4 big onion (sliced)
2 pieces of green chilli (sliced)
1/4 big capsicum(sliced)
3 tsp of red chilli sauce
2 tsp of tomato ketchup
1 tsp of soya sauce
water
oil
  • cut the paneer small cubic sizes

  • Take a bowl add corn flour

  • Add maida

  • Add red chilli powder

  • Add pepper powder

  • Add salt

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Add lemon juice

  • Add half cup of water and in all ingredients mix equally

  • paste get ready

  • Add paneer cubic and mix equally

  • Mixed equally and paneer get ready

  • keep it fridge and soak in 15 minutes

  • After 15 minutes to take the paneer

  • Take a tawa add oil and heat it

  • Add soaked paneer to fry in 2 minutes

  • And until wait for golden brownish color

  • paneer fry well


  • paneer cook well and transfer the plate

  • Keep aside

  • Take a tawa add oil and heat it

  • Add chopped garlic and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add onion and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add capsicum and green chilli

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Saute well

  • Pour the half cup of water

  • Add red chilli sauce(medium flame)

  • Add tomato sauce(medium flame)

  • Add soya sauce

  • Add half tsp of pepper powder

  • Sauce get ready(medium flame)

  • Add fry paneer to boil in 5 minutes

  • Boil well

  • chilli paneer get ready

  • Serve it
