Chinese noodles is the simple and quick presentation. Noodles, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, vegetable is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS
Vegetables (capsicum, carrot, cabbage)
1 big onion (sliced)
Noodles
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of red chilli sauce
2 tsp of soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/4 tsp of salt
4-5 tsp of Oil
Water
Noodles boiling process :
Take a vessel and heat it
Pour the 3-4 cup of water
Add noodles in hot water
Add salt to boil in 5 minutes (medium flame)
Noodles boil well
Now switch off the flame
Drain the noodles
Wash the noodles in cold (or) normal water
Keep under the fan in 5 minutes
Process :
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add sliced onion and until wait golden brownish color
Saute well
Add vegetables
Saute in 5 minutes
Vegetables saute well
Add ginger garlic paste
Add tomato sauce
Add red chilli sauce
Add soya sauce
Add 3-4 tsp of water
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Add boiled noodles
Mix equally
Add pepper powder mix equally
Noodles boiled well and in all ingredients mixed equally
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
