Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake is a tasty cake. Cocoa powder, maida, powder sugar, egg, vanilla essence, baking powder is the main ingredients of this cake
INGREDIENTS :
Cake making ingredients :
1 cup of maida
1 cup of sugar powder
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of oil
Pinch of salt
3 tsp of cocoa powder
1 tap of vanilla essence
1 tsp of baking powder
Whipping cream making ingredients
5 tsp of whipping cream
3-4 tsp of milk
Sugar syrup making ingredients :
3-4 tsp of water
1 tsp of sugar powder
Cake batter making:
Take a bowl add egg
Add powder sugar blend continously
Blend well and then add vanilla essence
Add oil with blend continously
Add milk blend continously
Add maida blend continuously
Add baking powder and salt
Add cocoa powder again blend continuously
Cake batter get ready
Take a bowl and spread the ghee to all sides
Spread well
Pour the cake batter in the bowl
Add cocoa & Cake batter ready to steam.
Take a pressure cooker
Pour the cup of water to boil in 10 minutes
In place the trivet in centre
Set the cake batter above the trivet
Close the cooker in 30-45 minutes
After 30 minutes cake get ready
We check the cake to boil using the skewer or tooth pick
Using the plate
Reverse the cake boiled pan on the plate to seperate cake from pan
Cake get ready keep it cool
Whipping cream making:
Take a bowl & blender to keep it refrigerator in 2 hours
After 2 hours to remove the bowl & blender
Add whipping cream powder
Add milk and whisk continuously
Whisk continously in 10 minutes
Whisk well keep aside
Sugar syrup making:
Take a bowl add 3 tsp of water
Add sugar powder
Sugar syrup get ready
Cake decorating :
Cut above the layer
Cut well
Divide in two layers
Apply the sugar syrup
Apply the whipping cream and spread to all sides
Spread well
Place the another one layer
Apply whipping cream to all sides and corner
Apply well
Apply chocolate syrup
Add topping
Cake get ready
Keep it fridge in 1-2 hours
Serve it
