Chocolate falooda

Chocolate falooda is a simple and prepare in 20 minutes. Sabja seed, chocolate, milk, sugar is the main ingredients of this dish.

INGREDIENTS

2 chocolate
1/4 cup of milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp of cocoa powder
2 tsp sabja seed
3 /4 cup of semiya

  • Take a 2 tsp sabja seed

  • Add enough water and soak in 10 minutes

  • Sabja seed soak well

  • Take a jar add cup of cool milk

  • Add cocoa powder

  • Add sugar and grind it

  • Grind Well

  • Keep aside

  • Take 3/4 cup of water and heat it

  • Take a semiya and cut 5-6 inches length

  • Add semiya and boil it

  • Add 1 tsp of sugar and boil in 5 minutes.

  • Semiya boil well and spread the plate

  • Take a chocolate pieces add small bowl

  • Take a vessel add hot water and heat it

  • Then paste the chocolate bowl up above

  • Chocolate melting in this stage add 4-5 tsp milk mix well and paste the hot water vessel

  • Wait for few minute

  • Chocolate melt well and keep aside

  • Take a chocolate cut well

  • Take a glass and spread the chocolate syrup at the edge in glass corner

  • Add chocolate cubes

  • Add sabja seed

  • Add boiled semiya

  • Again add chocolate cubes

  • Pour the cocoa powder and milk mixer

  • Again add semiya

  • Again add sabja seed

  • Add chocolate syrup

  • Take a chocolate and cheese slicer

  • Mincing the chocolate

  • Chocolate mincing add in falooda

  • Add chocolate syrup in glass corner

  • Serve it
