Chocolate muffin with cream / with oven /without egg

Chocolate muffin is making in 30 minutes. Cocoa powder, sugar powder, baking powder, milk, maida, vegetable oil is the main ingredients of this muffin

INGREDIENTS :


Muffin making ingredients :

6 tsp of sugar powder
6 tsp of maida
3 tsp of cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
6 tsp of milk
4 tsp of vegetable oil

Cream making ingredients :

6 tsp of whipping powder
3 - 5 tsp of milk
1 tsp of geltain
Food color(blue & green)

Baking instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree in 10 minutes

  2. After bake the batter to 180 degre in 20 minutes

  • Add sugar powder

  • Add maida

  • Add cocoa powder

  • Add baking powder

  • Add pinch of salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add milk and mix equally

  • Add vegetable oil and mix equally

  • Stir the batter in 5 minutes

  • Batter get ready

  • Take a mould and apply ghee

  • After pour the batter in mould

  • Using the paper cup

  • Pour the batter in paper cup

  • Place the muffin in oven

  • Baking in 20 minutes (180 degree)

  • Muffin cook well

Cream making:

  • Take a bowl add 1 tsp of geltain

  • Pour the 2 tsp of water

  • Soak the geltain in 5-10 minutes

  • Take a bowl add whipping powder

  • Add milk and whisk continuously

  • Add 1 tsp of geltain water and whisk continously

  • Add 1 tsp of geltain and whisk continously

  • Whipping cream get ready

  • Using food colour

  • 2 drop of blue food colour and mix equally

  • cream get ready

  • Using food color

  • 2 drop of green food color and mix equally

  • cream get ready

  • Fill the cream

  • Apply the cream in muffin

  • Muffin get ready




  • Serve it
