Curd rice தயிர் சாதம்
Curd rice is a very very simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Boiled rice, mango, carrot, mustard seed, green chilli is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
3 cup of boiled rice
1 cup of curd
1 cup of milk
2 Green chilli (chopped)
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
1 +1/4 tsp of oil
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Asafoetida
Carrot, mango(sliced)
Ginger(sliced)
Water
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive
Add green chilli and saute in 2-3 minutes
Add curry leaves
Now swith off the flame
Take a boiled rice
Pour the mustard seed, green chilli sauted.
Add mango, carrot, ginger, Corriondar leaves
Add Asafoetida and salt
Add milk
Add curd
Add water(optional)
In all ingredients mix equally
Curd rice get ready
Serve it
