Dhal rasam

Dhal rasam is a simple recipe and cook in 30 minutes. Dhal, tamarind water, rice water, tomato, pepper, cumin seed is the main ingredients of the recipe.
INGERDIENTS
1 cup of Toor dal(boil)
3 cup of rice water
1 tsp pepper (crush)
1 tsp of cumin seed (crush)
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
4-6 pieces of tamarind(soak)
1 tomato(boiled)
1/4 mustard seed
2 red chill
1 green chill (crush)
1 small onion(crush)
4-5 pieces of garlic(crush)
1 cup of coconut milk
Take a vessel.
Pour the rice water then add tamarind boiling in 5 minutes.
After switch off the flame.
Take a vessel add some water.
Pour the Dhal.
Add tomato.
Close the vessel with boiling 10 minutes.
Tomato cook well, remove the tomato but dhal take a little time to boiling.
Dhal cook well switch off the flame
Soak tamarind, Mashed in rice water.
Take a tamarind juice.
Mashed tomato well.
Add crushed onion, green chill, garlic,pepper, cumin seed.
Add turmeric powder.
Add salt.
In all ingredients mix well.
Switch on the low flame.
Boiling in 5 minutes.
Rasam boiling well then add curry leaves. Switch off the flame.
Transfer the bowl.
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add red chill.
Add mustard seed, until wait for explosive.
Pour the rasam.
Add asafoetida or asafoetida powder.
Take a toor dal water.
coconut grind in jar.
Take coconut milk.
After 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk and Toor Dal water mix well.
Serve it.
