Dosa and idly sambar
Dosa and idly sambar making in 30 minutes. Gram gram, vegetable, sambar powder, fenugreek is the main ingredients of this sambar
INGREDIENTS :
50 gram of green gram
2 Green chilli
Vegetables (carrots, capsicum)
1 tomato (small cubic size)
I big onion(small cubic size)
1/4 big onion (chopped)
2 tsp of sambar powder
3/4 tsp of salt
10 gram of tamarind (soak)
1/4 tsp of fenugreek
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of Asafoetida powder
Oil
Water
Take a vessel heat it and pour the 2 cup of water
Add green gram
Add all vegetables (green chilli, tomato, onions, carrots, capsicum)
Add turmeric powder
Add pinch of salt to boil it (high flame)
Boil well
Close the vessel and change in medium flame
Boil in 10 minutes
Green gram and vegetables cook well
Add tamarind juice
Add sambar powder and salt
In all ingredient mix equally
Close the vessel to boil in 8 minutes
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add fenugreek and explosive
until wait for golden brownish color
Fenugreek explosive well
Add mustard seed and until wait for explosive
Mustard seed explosive well
Pour the mustard seed and fenugreek
And boil in 2-3 minutes
After 3 minutes to switch off the flame
Add 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida power
Dosa sambar get ready
Serve it
