Fish fry

Fish fry is the simple dish. It's make to prepare in 1 hour. Fish, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon, salt is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS ::

250 gram fish
2 +1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of gram masala
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of lemon
1/2 cup of coconut
2/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Coconut oil

Grinding process :

  • Take a jar add coconut and requried amount of water

  • Grind it

  • Grind well

Masala making process:

  • Clean and wash the fish

  • By using a turmeric powder

  • Add salt

  • Add turmeric powder

  • Add gram masala

  • Add red chilli powder

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Add lemon juice

  • Add coconut grind

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Keep it fridge in 30 minutes

  • Take the fishes and ready to fry

  • Take the dosa tawa add oil and heat it

  • Place the fish in center to boil in 3 minutes (medium flame)

  • Fish cook well to flip it and wait for 5 minutes

  • Add oil(medium flame)

  • Fish cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Fish get ready

  • Serve it
