Fish kuzhambu

Fish kuzhambu is a spicy and healthy food and cook in 45 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
500 gram fish
2 small mango(cubes)
500 gram tamarind (soak)
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of karuvadavam
3 tsp oil
Gingelly oil
1 cup of Coconut, 1/4 tsp of aniseed(grind smoothly)
4 tsp of kuzhambu powder
2 tsp of salt
1 tomato
5-6 small onion
5-6 green chilli
Wash and clean the fish
Take a soak tamarind and knead the tamarind add enough water
Then will make a tamarind juice
Take a vessel add oil and heat it
Add small onion and saute in 2-3 minutes
Add tomato and saute in 2-3 minutes
Transfer the plate under the fan in few minutes
Take a jar and add saute onion & tomato grind it[smoothly]
Grind well
Take a pan add gingelly oil and heat it
Gingelly oil comes to better taste in this kuzhambu
Add karuvadavam and saute
Karuvadavam is explosive
Saute well
Add ginger garlic paste and saute
Add green chilli
Add curry leaves
Add grind mixer and mix well (medium flame)
Add tamarind juice
Mix well
Add kuzhambu powder and salt mix well
Close the pan and boil in 10 minutes
It's time have been remove the raw smell
Boil well
Add mango cubes and boil in 5-8 minutes
Boil well
Take a jar and add coconut, aniseed, water grind smoothly
Grind well
Add coconut grind and boil in 5 minutes
Boil well
Can you see the oil up above in this kuzhambu
Add fish and boil in 5 - 8 minutes
Fish cook well
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
