Garilc & chilli dhosai

வெள்ளைப்பூண்டு மற்றும் மிளகாய் தோசை

Garlic and chilli dhosai is simple recipe and cook in 15 minutes. Red chilli, onion, garlic, dhosa maavu, ghee, chopped onion is the main ingredients of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

7-8 red chilli
10-12 garlic
1/4 big onion (small cubic size)
Small pieces of tamarind
3/4 tsp salt
6-7 tsp water
Dhosa maavu
Ghee
1 onions (chopped)
2-3 tsp oil
  • Take a jar add in all ingredients grind it.

  • Add some water.

  • Grind well

  • Take a dhosa tawa spread oil and heat it

  • Spread Dhosa maavu in tawa (low flame)

  • Add 1 tsp ghee and spread it

  • Add 1 tsp grind mixer and spread it. (low flame)

  • Add chopped onions and spread it. (low flame)

  • Add 1 tsp oil spread it(low flame)

  • Dhosa cook well.

  • Serve it.
