Gobi 65 is the spicy and yummy diah. Califlower, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon, oil is the main ingredients of this dish.
INGREDIENTS :
250 gram Califlower
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of lemon
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper powder
5 tsp of corn flour
Oil
Water
For Garnishing :
Curry leaves
Cut the Califlower
Take a vessel
Pour the 2 cup of water and heat it
Add Califlower to boil in 5 minutes
Califlower boil well
Now switch off the flame
Drain the boiled Califlower
Take a bowl and add corn flour
Add ginger garlic paste
Add lemon juice
Add pepper powder
Add salt
In all ingredients mix equally
Add required amount of water
Batter get ready
Add boiled Califlower
It's get ready
Keep it fridge in 7 hours (or) overnight
After 7 hour to take the Califlower
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add Califlower to fry in 2-3 minutes
After 2-3 minutes to flip the Califlower
Again fry in 2-3 minutes
Califlower fry well
Drain the Califlower
Transfer the plate
Take the curry leaves
Fry in 2-3 minutes
Take the curry leaves and transfer the plate
Califlower 65 get ready
Serve it
