Gobi 65


Gobi 65 is the spicy and yummy diah. Califlower, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon, oil is the main ingredients of this dish.


INGREDIENTS :

250 gram Califlower
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of lemon
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper powder
5 tsp of corn flour
Oil
Water

For Garnishing :

Curry leaves

  • Cut the Califlower

  • Take a vessel

  • Pour the 2 cup of water and heat it

  • Add Califlower to boil in 5 minutes

  • Califlower boil well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Drain the boiled Califlower

  • Take a bowl and add corn flour

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Add lemon juice

  • Add pepper powder

  • Add salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add required amount of water

  • Batter get ready

  • Add boiled Califlower

  • It's get ready

  • Keep it fridge in 7 hours (or) overnight

  • After 7 hour to take the Califlower

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add Califlower to fry in 2-3 minutes

  • After 2-3 minutes to flip the Califlower

  • Again fry in 2-3 minutes

  • Califlower fry well

  • Drain the Califlower

  • Transfer the plate

  • Take the curry leaves

  • Fry in 2-3 minutes

  • Take the curry leaves and transfer the plate

  • Califlower 65 get ready

  • Serve it
