Gobi fried rice
Gobi fried rice is a easy to cook in 30 minutes. Califlower, red chilli powder, pepper powder soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, maida, corn flour is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
100 gram Califlower
1 tsp of red chilli powder
3 tsp of salt
4 tsp of maida
2 tsp of corn flour
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of Lemon juice
1 big onion (sliced)
1 capsicum (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
3 tsp of soya sauce
2 tsp of green chilli sauce
2 tsp of tomato sauce
1+1/4 tsp of pepper powder
Oil
Water
Califlower boiling process :
Cut the Califlower
Take a bowl to pour the water and heat it
Add Califlower
Add 1/4 tsp of salt to boil in 5 minutes (medium flame)
Boil well and switch off the flame
Drain the Califlower and keep aside
Paste and frying process :
Add 4 tsp of maida
Add 2 tsp of corn flour
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder
Add ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tsp of Lemon juice
Add 8-10 tsp of water
Paste get ready
Add boiled Califlower and mix equally
Mixed equally
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add Califlower
until wait for golden brownish color
Flip the Califlower and until wait for golden brownish color
Califlower cook well
Drain the Califlower
Cut the veggies
Fried rice making :
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add onion, vegetables
Add pinch of salt and saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Add cauliflower and saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Add soya sauce (medium flame)
Add green chilli sauce
Mix equally
Add boiled rice(medium flame)
Add 3/4 tsp of salt
Add tomato sauce and mix equally
Add pepper powder and saute in 5 minutes (medium flame)
Saute well
Now switch off the flame
Serve it
