Gobi Manchurian
Gobi Manchurian is an Chinese Indian fried cauliflower dish. Gobi Manchurian is the result of the adaptation of Chinese cooking and seasoning techniques to suit Indian tastes and has become a staple of Indian Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients
1 cup of cauliflower
1 big onion
2-3 green chillies
1/4 tsp of soya sauce
2-3 tsp of tomato ketchup
1/4 cup of maida
3 tsp of corn flour
Small piece of ginger
5-6 garlic
1/2 tsp of red chilli sauce
100 ml of oil
Salt
2 tsp of spring onion
Take a cup of cauliflower
Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Add 2 cup of water and boil for 5 mins.
Take a bowl
Add maida
Add corn flour
Add chilli powder
Add ginger garlic paste
Add required amount of salt
Add water
Make it as a thick batter
Add already boiled cauliflower
Soak it for 15mins
Deep fry it until it turns golden brown
Keep aside fried cauliflower
Take a pan
Add 2 tsp of oil and add chopped ginger and garlic into it
Add onion
Add sliced green chillies
Add red chilli paste
Add soya sauce
Add tomato sauce
Add black pepper powder
Add salt
Saute for 3-5 mins and 2 cup of water
Add boil it
Add 2 tsp of cornflour
Add water and mix well
Add cornflour mix into boiling gravy
Mix well
Add already fried cauliflower
Serve it
