Gobi pepper fry
Gobi pepper fry is a simple sided dish and cook in 30 minutes. Gobi, pepper, cumin seed, fennel is the main ingredients of this side dish.
INGREDIENTS
200 gm Califlower (cut 5-6 inches length)
3 cup of water
2 tsp salt
2 +1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp cumin seed
1 red chill
2 pieces of pearl millet
Small pieces of cinnamon
4-5 tsp oil
1 big onion (chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
Cut the Califlower and clean well
Take a vessel add 2+1/4 cup water and heat it.
Add Califlower.
Add 1/4 tsp salt and boiling in 3-4 minutes. Now switch off the flame.
Using plate with spread the Califlower under the fan.
Take a pan and heat it.Add 2+1/4 tsp pepper.
Dry fry in pepper.
Add 1 tsp cumin seed, 1 tsp fennel, 1 red chill and again dry fry in all ingredients.
Add pearl millet, cinnamon and again dry fry in all ingredients.
Now switch off the flame.
Take a jar add all ingredients grind it.
Grind Well.
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add chopped onions with saute in few minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste mix well.
Add curry leaves.
Add boiled Califlower with saute in 5 minutes.
Now close the pan in 5 minutes.
Take a small bowl add 1+1/4 tsp salt.
Add 1/4 cup of water mix well.
Add water mix well.
Add grind powder mix well.
Close the pan boiling 10 minutes.
Add 3 tsp oil and again close the pan 10 minutes.
Serve it.
