Grapes and watermelon ice


Grapes and watermelon ice is making in 30 minutes and the ice cooling in 8 hour & overnight. Grapes, watermelon, sugar, salt is the main ingredients of this ice.


INGREDIENTS

200 gram watermelon
200 gram grapes
4+1/4 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of Semiya (optional)
Water

Grapes juice making :

  • Wash the grapes

  • Take a jar to add grapes

  • Add 2 tsp of sugar

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt and grind it

  • Grind well

  • Take a glass

  • Pour the grapes juice in half glass

  • Filled the grapes juice

  • Keep it refrigerator in 8 hours

Semiya boiling :

  • Take a vessel

  • pour the 3/4 water to heat it

  • Add semiya to boil in 5 minutes (medium flame)

  • Add 1/4 tsp of sugar

  • After 5 minutes the semiya cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Keep aside

Watermelon juice making :

  • Cut the watermelon small cubic size

  • Take a jar add watermelon

  • Add 2 tsp of sugar

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt and grind it

  • Grind well

  • Drind the juice

  • Drinded well

  • After 8 hours the grapes ice get ready

  • Pour the watermelon juice

  • Add boiled semiya and mix well

  • Using aluminium foil (or) plastic cover

  • Close the glass

  • Using kinfe

  • Hole it centre

  • Place the stick in centre

  • Again keep it refrigerator in 8 hours

  • After 8 hours the ice get ready

  • Grapes and watermelon ice get ready

  • Serve it
