GREEN ANAHEIM CHILE PEPPER BAJJI
Green anaheim chile peppers bajji is the healthy dish. chile peppers, gram flour, red chilli powder, maida , rice flour is the main ingredients of the dish.
INGREDIENTS
chile pepper (cut one by half )
100 gram gram flour
100 gram rice flour
2-5 tsp of maida
4-5 pieces of garlic
1 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of red chill powder
Pinch of soda salt
1 tsp of omam(optional)
Water
Oil
PROCESS :
Take a bowl
Add gram flour & rice flour
Add maida and red chilli powder
Add omam
Add salt, soda salt & garlic(crushed)
pour required amount of water
Paste get ready
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Dip the chile pepper
Drop the chile pepper in oil
And until wait for golden brownish color
flip the chile pepper
And until wait for golden brownish color
Serve it
