GREEN ANAHEIM CHILE PEPPER BAJJI


Green anaheim chile peppers bajji is the healthy dish. chile peppers, gram flour, red chilli powder, maida , rice flour is the main ingredients of the dish.


INGREDIENTS



chile pepper (cut one by half )
100 gram gram flour
100 gram rice flour
2-5 tsp of maida
4-5 pieces of garlic
1 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of red chill powder
Pinch of soda salt
1 tsp of omam(optional)
Water
Oil

PROCESS :

  • Take a bowl

  • Add gram flour & rice flour

  • Add maida and red chilli powder

  • Add omam

  • Add salt, soda salt & garlic(crushed)

  • pour required amount of water

  • Paste get ready


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Dip the chile pepper

  • Drop the chile pepper in oil

  • And until wait for golden brownish color

  • flip the chile pepper

  • And until wait for golden brownish color

  • Serve it
