Honey gobi


Honey gobi is the sweet and spicy dish. Califlower honey, corn flour, rice flour, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :

250 gram Cauliflower
1 cup of corn flour
3 tsp of rice flour
2 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of salt
Pinch of turmeric powder
2 tsp of soya sauce
1 tsp tomato ketch up
2 tsp of red chilli powder
3 pieces of garlic(chopped)
small pieces of ginger(chopped)
1/2 big onion
capsicum(optional)
2 tsp of lemon juice (optional)
oil
water
  • Take a vessel and Cauliflower

  • Pour the water and heat it


  • Add 1/2 tsp of salt to boil in 5 - 10 minutes

  • Cauliflower cook well now switch off the flame

  • Drain the Cauliflower keep aside

  • Take a bowl add boiled Cauliflower

  • Add 1 tsp of soya sauce

  • Add 3 tsp of corn flour

  • Add 1/2 tsp of salt

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder

  • Add turmeric powder

  • Add rice flour

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Mixed well

  • Add lemon juice (optional)

  • Mix equally

  • Cauliflower marination get ready

  • Keep it fridge in 30 -45 minutes

  • Cauliflower soak well

  • Take a plate to spread the corn flour

  • Dip the soaked cauliflower in all sides

  • Diped well

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add diped cauliflower

  • Until wait for golden brownish color

  • Flip the cauliflower and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Transfer the plate keep aside

  • Take a tawa add oil and heat it

  • Add chopped garlic and ginger

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add onion and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add red chilli sauce and 5-6 of water (medium flame)

  • Add tomato ketchup

  • Add soya sauce

  • Add honey

  • Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder

  • Add 1/2 tsp of salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add cauliflower and mix equally

  • Boil in 5 minutes

  • Cauliflower cook well
