Horse gram biryani

Horse gram biryani is a good for health and make it easy to prepare in 45 minutes. Horse gram, onion, tomato, mint leaves, biryani Masala, red chilli is the main ingredients of this dish
Take a 100 gram of horse gram
Soak the horse gram overnight in enough water
Soak well
Take a normal rice and soak in 15 minutes enough water
Soak well
Drain the soak rice
INGREDIENTS
100 gram horse gram (soak)
1 cup of of rice(normal rice)
2+1/4 cup of water
1 cup of carrot
1 cup of beans
1 cup of onion(sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
3 green chilli
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of biryani powder
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1+1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp of aniseed
2-3 tsp oil
1 tsp ghee
cinnamon,cloves, bay leaf, black stone flower
Using a vessel without pressure cooker
Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee and heat it
Add 1 tsp oil
Add 1 tsp aniseed
Aniseed roasted well
Add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, black stone flower
Add sliced onion and saute in golden brownish color
Add ginger garlic paste and saute
Add green chilli and saute
Add veggies and saute
Add sprinkle of salt and saute in 4-5 minute
Now the veggies saute well
Add tomatoes and saute in 4-5 minutes
Tomatoes saute well then add mint leaves mix well
Add horse gram and saute in 5-6 minutes
Saute well
Add biryani Masala, red chilli, salt mix well
Add 2 cup of water mix well
Boil it(medium flame)
In this stage add 1/4 tsp of aniseed
Add mint leaves
Add soak rice
Boil it(medium flame)
Close the vessel in low flame
Boil in 20 minutes
Briyani cook well
