Idly flour இட்லி மாவு


Idly mavu is making in 6 hours.


Instructions :


Using the ice water and it's comes too soft the idly and dosa.


INGREDIENTS :

1+ 2/4 glass of urad dal
5 glass of rice
1 tsp of fenugreek seed
2 tsp of rock salt
  • Take the urad dal and idly rice

  • Pour the water in urad dal and rice

  • And soak in 6 hours

  • It's soak well and wash it

  • Using the grinder

  • Add fenugreek

  • Add urad dal only without water

  • Grind it in 15 minutes

  • Add sprinkle of water

  • Again add sprinkle of water

  • Urad dal grind well

  • Take a mavu in vessel

  • Add rice and grind in 20 minutes

  • Add required amount of water and grind it

  • Rice grind well

  • Transfer the vessel

  • Mavu grind well

  • Add salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Allow it rest overnight

  • Tomorrow morning the Fermentation of flour

  • Mavu get ready
