Idly podi இட்லி பொடி

Idly podi is a easy to make and save in one month. Urad, red chill, Asafoetida, coriander seed is the main ingredients of this podi.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 gram urad
1/4 gram bengal gram
2 tsp salt
100 gram red chilli
50 gram coriander seed
Small cubic of Asafoetida
2 tsp oil
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add Asafoetida and saute in golden brownish color
Saute Well.
Transfer the plate
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add 1/4 gram urad for saute and until wait for golden brownish color.
Saute well
Transfer the plate
Add 1/4 gram bengal gram and saute.
Add 1/4 tsp oil for saute and until wait for golden brownish color.
Saute well.
Transfer the plate
Add 50 gram coriander seed and dry saute
Transfer the plate
Take a pan add red chill and saute
Add 1/4 tsp oil and saute it
Can you see the black spot in red chill.
Transfer the plate
Add 2 tsp salt and under the fan in 15 minutes
Take a jar add in all ingredients grind it
Serve it
