Keerai kadayal

Keerai kadayal is a good for health and simple sidedish. Mola keerai, garlic, coconut milk is the main ingredients of that dish.

INGERDIENTS

1 bundle Mola keerai
1/4 tsp salt
5-6 pieces of garlic
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp of water

  • Using a sand vessels.

  • Take the leaves and (add some stem optional).

  • Wash the leaves.

  • Take a sand vessels and heat it.

  • Add leaves and 2 tsp of water boiling in 5 - 8 minutes.

  • It cook well.

  • Add 5-6 of garlic steam in 5-8 minutes.

  • Then switch off the flame.

  • Using mathu.

  • Grind the leaves and garlic.

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt mix well.

  • Then transfer the bowl.

  • Add 1 cup of coconut milk mix well.

  • Then serve it.
