Keerai kadayal

Keerai kadayal is a good for health and simple sidedish. Mola keerai, garlic, coconut milk is the main ingredients of that dish.
INGERDIENTS
1 bundle Mola keerai
1/4 tsp salt
5-6 pieces of garlic
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp of water
Using a sand vessels.
Take the leaves and (add some stem optional).
Wash the leaves.
Take a sand vessels and heat it.
Add leaves and 2 tsp of water boiling in 5 - 8 minutes.
It cook well.
Add 5-6 of garlic steam in 5-8 minutes.
Then switch off the flame.
Using mathu.
Grind the leaves and garlic.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt mix well.
Then transfer the bowl.
Add 1 cup of coconut milk mix well.
Then serve it.
