KEERAI THOVATAL (SPINACH)

Dark leafy green like spinach are loaded with nutrients like that iron,vitamin C and D.Greens,green stem,,red chill,chopped onion, coconut is the main ingredients in thovatal.

INGREDIENTS

Cut the greens and green stem (one -two inch length)
2 tsp oil
2 red chill
2 tsp chopped onion
2 tsp cocount mincing
1 tsp salt

Then go away from your kitchen when follows the instructions.


  • Take the pan ,add oil and heat it.

  • Add red chill.

  • Add urad, until wait for brownish color.

  • Add mustrad seed ,until wait for explosive.


  • Add chopped onion,until wait for golden brownish color.

  • Add greens and greens stem.

  • Add 1 tsp salt mix well.

  • close the pan in 5 minutes of low (or) medium flame.

  • Add coconut mincing mix well.

  • Serve it.
