Kulfi / without saffron

Kulfi is making in 30 minutes. And keep it refrigerator in 4 & overnight. Milk, sugar, pista is the main ingredients of this kulfi
INGREDIENTS :
3 cup of milk
3 tsp of sugar
Requried amount of Pista
Take a pan add milk and heat it
Boil it (normal flame)
Stir continuously to prevent milk from sticking to bottom
After 10 minutes to add sugar and stir continuously
Remove the corner of the layer and Stir continuously
Add chopped pista and stir continuously
After 20 minutes , the milk turns creamy texture
Thick texture get ready
Cool it
Take a glass
Pour the kulfi
Using the aluminium foil to cover it
Hole it centre
Place the stick in centre
Keep it refrigerator in 8 hours and overnight
Take the kulfi
Kulfi get ready
Serve it
