Lady finger vegetable we are known as bhindi or okra is cooked in different ways in india . Lady finger,pepper powder and cumin powder is main ingredients used to bring in a spicy taste.It is simple and easy preparation,you can pair with sambar rice,chapathi roll,,,,,.


Cleanse 500 gram lady finger after spread them a plate and let them dry on their own under the fan,at the time can moves an moisture on a ladyfinger.when they are completely dry ,then chop the lady finger in one-two inch length.

INGREDIENTS

500 gram ladyfinger
1/4 tsp urad
1/4 tsp mustard seed
2 big onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp oil
2 tsp pepper powder(scrouge)
2 tsp cumin powder(scrouge)

Then go away from your kitchen when follows the instruction.


  • Take a pan,add oil and heat it.

  • Add urad,until wait for brownish color.


  • Add mustrad seed until wait for explosive.

  • Add red chill until wait for blackish color

  • Add chopped onion until wait for golden brownish color.

  • Add 500 gram lady finger stirring in low or medium flame,necessitate add oil for your convenient.

  • you see a golden spot on lady finger.

  • Add 1/4 salt.

  • Add 2 tsp pepper powder and 2 tsp cumin powder(scrouge) mix well.

  • cook in 10 minutes in medium flame.

  • Then serve it..
