Mango ice


Mango ice is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Mango, sugar is the main ingredients of this ice


INGREDIENTS :

250 gram mango
3 tsp of sugar
Pinch of salt
Half cup of Semiya
  • Take a vessel and pour the water

  • Heat in 10 minutes

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Add semiya to boil in 5 minutes

  • Semiya cook well and transfer the plate

  • Peel the skin and cut the mango

  • Take a jar add mango

  • Add sugar

  • Pour the requried amount of water

  • Grind it


  • Grind well

  • Take a glass to fill the juice

  • Filled well

  • Add boiled semiya

  • Filled well and mix equally

  • Mango ice ready

  • Using the Aluminum foil to cover it

  • To hole it centre

  • Place the ice sketch in center

  • Keep it refrigerator in 6-9 hours

  • Mango ice get ready

  • Slowly remove it (or) Dip the glass in water

  • Serve it
