Mango pachadi

Mango pachadi is a simple sidedish and cook in 20 minutes. Mango, redchill, jaggery, coconut mincing is the main ingredients of the dish.

INGERDIENTS

1 Mango (sliced)
2 red chill
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp urad
1 big onion (chopped)
3 tsp of coconut (mincing)
2.1/4 pieces jaggery (broken)
1/4 cup of water
1/4 tsp salt

Then go to from your kitchen when follows the instructions and check out the images.


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.

  • Add red chill.

  • Add urad, until wait for brownish color.

  • Add mustard seed, until wait for explosive.

  • Add chopped onions.

  • Add mango sliced.

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Add 1/4 of cup of water mix well, until wait for 5 minutes.

  • Add broken jaggery, until wait for 10 minutes. Stir the mango and jaggery mixed equally.

  • Add 3 tsp of coconut mincing mix well.

  • Then serve it.
