Masala sundal
Masala sundial is a simple snacks and cook in 30 minutes. Peas, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chill, onions is the main ingredients of this snacks.
INGREDIENTS
100 gram peas
2 big onion(small cube size)
1 tomato(small cube size)
4 - 5 garlic
Small pieces of ginger
1/4 tsp red chill
1 tsp gram masala
2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
3 cup of water
Coriondar leaves
1 big onion (chopped)
Take a peas and soak the peas overnight in enough water.
Pour into pressure cooker.
Add 2 cup of water and 1/4 tsp salt.
Add turmeric powder mix well.
Close the pressure cooker and cook in 5-8 minutes.
Take ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, green chill grind it.
Grind well
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
Add grind mixer boiling in 5-8 minutes.
Add 1/4 tsp red chill powder, 1 tsp gram masala, 1 tsp salt mix well.
Add peas boiling water.
Add boiled peas and boil for 10-12 minutes.
Add chopped onions, coriander leaves.
Serve it
