Masala sundal (மசாலா சுண்டல்)
Masala sundal is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. chickpea, gram masala, ginger garlic paste is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS
White Chickpea (soak in overnight)
1 big onion (sliced)
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp of red chill powder
1 tsp of gram masala
Salt
Soak the white chickpea in overnight
Take a vessel and heat it.
Pour the 2 cup of water
Add soaked white chickpea.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Simmer for 10-20 minutes on medium flame.
Chickpea boiled well
Drain the white chickpea with transfer the plate
Add sliced onion and saute in 2-3 minutes
Add boiled white chickpea
Add one tps of ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tsp of gram masala
Add 1/4 tsp of red chill powder
In all ingredients mix equally
Simmer for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
Add sliced onion and switch off the flame.
Then serve it
