Masala vada மசாலா வடை

Masala vada is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Soak the bengal gram, red chill powder, aniseed, small onion, curry leaves is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS

3 cup of bengal gram(soak the bengal gram in 2 hour)
50 gram of small onion(sliced)
4 green chilli(sliced)
1 red chilli powder
1/4 aniseed(crush)
1+1/4 tsp of salt
Drumstick leaves(optional)
Coconut mincing (optional)
Curry leaves

  • Take a 3 cup of bengal gram

  • pour the cup of the water.

  • Soak the bengal gram in 2 hour.

  • Bengal gram soak well.

  • Now we are using this instrument for crush.


  • Take a 1 tsp of aniseed

  • Aniseed are crushed well

  • Add 10 pieces of garlic for crush

  • Aniseed and garlic are crushed well

  • Add soaked bengal gram for crush

  • Bengal gram crushed well then transfer the bowl

  • All bengal gram crushed well

  • Add green chilli, onion, curry leaves

  • Add 1 +1/4 tsp of salt

  • Add 1 tsp of red chill powder

  • Add drumstick leaves and coconut (mincing)

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • In all ingredients mixed equally

  • Now we are make a ball size

  • slightly compress it

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add one by one vada(medium flame)

  • It's take a time to boil

  • Flip the vada one by one and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Transfer the plate one by one.

  • Serve it
