Mint & Coriander Mushroom Gravy

Mint & Coriander Mushroom Gravy preparing time for 30 minutes. Mint is the one of my favorite herbs and combining it with mushroom gave a flavorful curry.


Ingredients:

  • Mushroom(1 packet)

  • 1 big onion( Chopped)

  • 1 big tomato(Chopped)

  • 1/2 capsicum (Cut small size)

  • 1/2 cup of mint( clean & wash)

  • 1/2 cup of Coriander(clean & wash)

  • 1/2 cup of curry leaves [OPTIONAL]

  • 1 +1/2 green chilli

  • 3 tsp of oil

  • 1/2 tsp of pepper powder [OPTIONAL]

  • 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp of gram masala

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Grinding

  1. 1/2 cup of mint( clean & wash)

  2. 1/2 cup of Coriander(clean & wash)

  3. 1/2 cup of curry leaves [OPTIONAL]

  4. 1+1/2 green chilli

  5. 1/2 tsp of aniseed(சோம்பு)

  6. 2 cloves

  7. 1 green cardamom

  8. Small size of cinnamon

  9. Small size of bay leaf

  10. Small size of Rock flower




Take a jar and all ingredients.

Grind well.



Keep aside.



*This all the main ingredients of this dish.



Now switch on the flame.

Take a pan add oil and heat it.




Add Chopped onion and saute well.



Onion sauted well.




Add tomato and saute well with medium flame.




Tomato saute well.



Add Capsicum and saute well.



Capsicum saute well.

Add 1 cup of water and medium flame.



Add mint and Coriander paste well.




Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder and gram masala.



Add 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well with medium flame.



In all ingredients mix well with medium flame.



Add Mushroom and mix well.



In all ingredients mix well.



Now close the pan for 15 - 20 minutes.



Mushroom cooked well.



  • Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder

(OPTIONAL)

  • Pepper powder is the one of taste for this dish.



Mushroom get ready and switch off the flame.



Serve it for dosa and idly.
