Mushroom pepper gravy

Mushroom pepper gravy is good for health. It's prepared for 30 - 45 minutes. Mushroom, pepper, cumin seed, tomato, big onion, and red chili powder are the main ingredients of the dish.
Ingredients:
Prepare for Home-Made Masala;
3 Red Chilli
1/2 tsp of Pepper
1/2 tsp of cumin seed
1/2 tsp of try coriander
Mushroom pepper gravy Ingredients:
200-gram mushroom
3 tsp of oil
2 big onions chopped
1 big tomato sliced
1/3 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
2 cups of water
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of Kasuri methi
How to make Mushroom Pepper Gravy:
Take a pan and heat it with medium flame.
Add 3 red chili,1/2 tsp of pepper,1/2 tsp of cumin seed, and 1/2 tsp of try coriander.
Dry Saute for 4-5 minutes with medium flame.
After 5 minutes, Switch off the flame.
Transfer the plate and keep it under the fan.
Take a jar with add dry sauteed ingredients.
Blend it.
Homemade masala powder gets ready & Keeps aside.
Take a pan add 3 tsp of oil and heat it.
Add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Onion sauteed well.
Add sliced tomato and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Tomato sauteed well.
Add 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste with medium flame.
Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder with medium flame.
Add homemade masala powder and saute for 2-3 minutes with medium flame.
Sauteed well.
Add 2 cups of water.
Add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
Boil it for 5-10 minutes.
Gravy Boil well.
Add mushroom and mix well.
All ingredients mix well and boil it.
Keep it on medium flame and close the pan.
Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Mushrooms boil well.
Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and mix well with boil for 3 minutes.
All ingredients cook well.
Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
Add Kesari methi leaf and serve it.
