Mushroom soup / Without fresh cream


Mushroom soup is the healthy dish. Mushroom, pepper, ginger, garlic, maida is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :

150 gram mushroom
2 pieces of garlic (chopped)
Small pieces of ginger (chopped)
2 tsp of maida
1 cup of sweetcorn (optional)
2 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of salt
1 big onion (chopped)
4 cup of water

For Garnishing :

Spicy boondi

  • Cut the mushrooms (medium size)

  • Wash well

  • Take a tawa add butter and heat it


  • Add chopped onions and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Onion saute well

  • Add mushrooms and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Mushroom saute well and then add ginger garlic

  • Add sweetcorn and add saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add pepper powder

  • Add maida and saute in 2-3 minutes

  • In all ingredients saute well

  • Pour the 4 cup of water

  • Add salt and boil it

  • Boil well

  • Close the tawa(medium flame)

  • Once again to boil the soup

  • Boil in 2-3 minutes

  • Soup boil well

  • Add chopped onions

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Add Corriondar leaves

  • Add spicy boondi and Soup get ready

  • Serve it
