Mysore pak


Mysore pak is making in 30 - 45 minutes . Gram flour, sugar, vegetable oil, ghee is the main ingredients of this dish

INGREDIENTS :


1 cup of gram flour
3 cup of sugar
1 cup of ghee
1 cup of oil
Pinch of baking soda
1 cup of Water
  • Take a thick vessel and heat it

  • Add gram flour

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes (medium flame)

  • Now switch off the flame


  • Sieving the sauted gram flour

  • Sieved well and keep aside

  • Take a pan add ghee and heat it(medium flame)

  • Ghee melted well

  • Add oil and boil it (medium flame)

  • Continously boil it in medium flame

  • Take a thick pan add sugar and heat it

  • Add 1 cp of water to boil it

  • Sugar melted well and stir continuously in medium flame

  • Stir continuously

  • Make consistency as rod

  • Add gram flour little by little and stir continuously

  • Add gram flour little by little and stir continuously

  • Stir continuously without lumps

  • Add heated oil & ghee

  • Stir continuously and add heated ghee & oil

  • Add baking soda and stir continuously

  • Stir continuously

  • Final stage:The oil get separated from gram flour

  • Take a plate spread ghee

  • Add mysore pak in plate

  • Spread equally

  • After 5 minutes

  • Cut it

  • Mysore pak get ready

  • Serve it
