Onion fish fry

Onion fish fry is a easy preparation and cook in few minutes. Fish, onion, coconut is the main ingredients of this dish




INGREDIENTS

500 gram fish
7-8 small onion
2 tsp khulambu powder (mixer of 1 tsp of red chilli & 2 coriander powder)
1 tsp red chilli powder
Oil
1 Cup of Coconut
1/4 tsp of aniseed
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of lemon juice
3/4 tsp of ginger garlic paste

  • Wash and clean the fish

  • And sliced well

  • Take a jar

  • Add small onion, aniseed, coconut grind medium [NOT SMOOTH)] (without water)

  • Medium grind well

  • Take a plate

  • Add khulambu powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice

  • Grind well

  • Add grind mixer and mix well

  • Paste get ready

  • Add sliced fish and mix well

  • Paste spread equally and soak in 15-30 minutes

  • Soak well

  • Take a dosa tawa spread oil and heat it

  • Add sliced fish one by one

  • Again spread oil in medium flame

  • It take a few time to boil

  • Then flip the fish and oil

  • It take a few time to boil

  • Serve it
