Paneer Masala Gravy


Paneer masala gravy based on dhaba style cooking.Paneer,capscuim,red chill powder, gram masala, Coriander powder,pepper powder is the main ingredient of the dish.

Ingredients:

200 gram panner
1/2 capsicum
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 big onion chopped
1 tomato(Blend)
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of Coriander powder
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
1/2 tsp of tumeric powder
3/4 tsp of salt
2 tsp of oil
1/2 cup of beans(optional)
2 cup of water
2 tsp of curd
1 butter (optional)
1 tsp kasuri methi leaf
How to make the paneer masala gravy:

  • Take a jar.

  • Take the cubic tomato and blend it.

  • Blend well.

  • Take a pan add butter (or) oil and heat it.

  • Add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.

  • Onion sauteed well.

  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well with medium flame.

  • Add tomato juice and mix equally.

  • Boil it for 5 minute with medium flame.

  • Tomato juice boil well.

  • Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder.


  • Add 1 tsp of Coriander powder.

  • Add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.

  • Add 3/4 tsp of salt.

  • Add 1/2 tsp of tumeric powder.

  • Add 2 cup of water with medium flame.

  • All ingredients mix equally.

  • Add 2 tsp of curd and mix equally.

  • Add boiled beans(optional).

  • Add capsicum and boil it 5 -10 minutes.

  • Add Paneer cubes with medium flame.

  • Add 1/2 cup of water and mix equally.

  • Boil it for 5-8 minutes with low flame.

  • Panner and capsicum cook well.

  • Now switch off the flame.

  • Add 1 tsp of kasuri methi leaf.

  • Spread equally for kasuri methi leaf.

  • Paneer masala gravy get ready.Serve it and enjoy the happiest moment.
