Panner tikka / with tawa


Panner tikka is yummy and simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Soak in 8 hour and overnight. Panner, lemon, ginger garlic paste, curd, red chilli powder, capsicum, onion, tomato, gram flour, gram masala is the main ingredients of this dish

INGREDIENTS :


1 panner packet
Skewer
1 tomato (cut small size)
1 big onion (cut small size and separate all layers)
1 capsicum (cut small sizes)
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of kasturi methi
2/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
2/4 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of Lemon juice
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of gram flour
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of gram masala
Oil
  • Take a bowl add buttermilk

  • Add gram flour and cumin powder

  • Add red chilli powder and gram masala

  • Add kasturi methi, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste

  • Add 1 tsp of Lemon juice

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add onion, capsicum, tomato

  • Add panner

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Keep it fridge in 8 hours


  • Take the bowl after 8 hours

  • Again mix equally well

  • Using the skewer fill the capsicum, tomato, panner

  • Repeat the same process


  • Take a dosa tawa spread oil and heat it (medium flame)

  • Place the panner tikka in tawa

  • Spread and apply the oil

  • Flip the tikka to all sides

  • Tikka boil in 5-8 minutes each sides(medium flame)

  • Tikka get ready

  • Serve it
