Peanut puli kuzhambu

Puli kuzhambu is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Tamarind, peanut, garlic, small onion, kuzhambu powder is the main ingredients of this dish.
INGREDIENTS
25 gram tamarind (soak)
1 cup of small onion
3/4 cup of garlic
3 tsp oil
2+1/4 tsp of kuzhambu powder (mixer of 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 1 tsp of coriander powder)
1 +1/4 tsp salt
1+1/4 tsp karuvadavam
1 cup of peanut
2-3 Cup of water
Vegetables (brinjal, drumstick, banana)
3/4 cup of coconut (mincing) (optional)
Soak the tamarind in hot water.
Add enough water then knead the tamarind
Tamarind juice get ready
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add 1 tsp of karuvadavam
Saute in few minutes
Add small onions and garlic and saute in golden brownish color.
Saute well
Add tamarind juice
Add 2+1/4 tsp of kuzhambu powder
Add 1+1/4 tsp salt and boil it
Close the vessel and boil in 10 minutes
Cut the drumstick and peel the peanut for wash well.
Puli kuzhambu boil well and add veggies for boil in 10 minutes.
Now the veggies cook well
Take a jar and 1 cup of coconut
Add some water and grind it
Add coconut grind and boil in 4-5 minutes
Kuzhambu boil well
Serve it
